Merry Christmas, friends! It’s Enza, and today I’m wrapping up my holiday projects with a couple of gift boxes created with a mix of Altenew products.

I love pretty packaging, especially when it’s handmade. I think it adds that little touch that makes a present extra special.

The first box I’m sharing today features a variety of stamp sets and dies.

To start, I created my own patterned paper by stamping flowers from the Frosted Garden stamp set repeatedly onto kraft card stock. I used Altenew Clear Embossing Ink to achieve a tone-on-tone look. Once the paper was ready, I just used a cut file to obtain the box. For the embellishment cluster, I heat-embossed one of the flowers included in the same set with Pure White embossing powder and cut it with the coordinating die. For the leaves, I used Rose Gold embossing powder, while the foliage, which comes in the Envelope Liner Die set, was cut out of white card stock and colored with a blend of Frayed Leaf and Evergreen Crisp Inks. I finished the cluster with a label from the Dot Labels stamp set. The “Merry Christmas” sentiment from the Night Before Christmas set fit perfectly in it.

The second box looks more like an everyday box, not specifically Christmas related. It is very simple and came together in no time.

I decided to use papers and embellishments from the Our Family Scrapbook Collection. Once again, the main flower comes from the Frosted Garden stamp set, which was heat-embossed with Pure White embossing powder. I just added a label and a wood veneer heart to complete the cluster.

I hope you have enjoyed reading about my process and will give these gift boxes a try.

Thank you for stopping by.
