I love sprucing up my house and I would really love to redo my kitchen/dining room area but it will only happen in a couple of years so the decals are perfect. They instantly add color and fun to the room and make it look completely different. They are also really easy to peel off and they will not damage the wall.
In my dining room, I decided to use the Watercolor Bliss Decal. I added it above the piano area and repeated the look on the other side of the wall.
I would advise you to give your wall or surface a quick clean to get any dust or particles off of it. This will ensure the decal sticks better and when you remove it, you’ll be able to reuse it.
You can see how I created my wall decoration in the video below or watch it in HD on YouTube.
You can also create a smaller scrapbook style project with the decals. I used the Amor Medium Sheet to alter a frame. I had created a layout for my parents a couple of years ago with a photo of my 4 sons. My mother had framed it but unfortunately, the card in the frame became yellow with the sun. I decided to give the layout and frame a new breath of life.
First, I painted the MDF sheet a soft gray color. I cut out the middle section of my layout to keep the photo, the layers beneath and the embellishments to the side.
I applied the decals to the painted sheet and repositioned my photo.
The longest part was waiting for the paint to dry. The rest took about 15 minutes.
